By hiring Wildside Rodeo Productions LLC, you agree to these terms. These terms govern the provision of rodeo production and event services.
Wildside Rodeo Productions LLC will perform the services described in the specific Statement of Work (SOW). We reserve the right to adjust production plans based on venue, weather, safety, and operational conditions.
Invoices are due upon receipt or within the timeframe specified in the SOW. Late payments may result in a pause of scheduled services and event support.
The client must provide necessary access to event grounds, required venue contacts, and operational details needed to perform the work safely and effectively.
Services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to [email protected].
